Reverend Deirdre L. Hill, aka RevDee, is the Visionary and Founder of Beloved Ministries. She’s the former Executive Pastor and covenant partner with the Agape Impact Ministries, where the Reverend E. Derrik Porter is the pastor and founder.
Deirdre’s walk with the Lord began at a young age at the Greater Zion Baptist Church, where she was taught and nurtured in the way of the Lord under the leadership of the Rev. Charles Britt. It is there that her gifts and talents were manifested. Deirdre served as Treasurer of the Sunday School, Sunday School Teacher, Missionary, Matron, Jr. & Intermediate Usher Board President and Trustee. While at Greater Zion, opportunity advanced itself, and Deirdre was elected the Baptist Youth Fellowship President for the United Missionary Baptist Association of New York City and Vicinity. In 2004, Deirdre was asked to lead a youth workshop at Greater Zion, which led to the organization of the Princess Within program that mentored young girls ages 12 - 21.
Deirdre continued her walk with the Lord at the First Corinthian Baptist Church, where she developed excellent skills for reaching the masses of God’s people. There, she continued to grow within the Christian Education Ministry, including leading Vacation Bible School and assisting in launching the Young Adult Ministry.
On September 24, 2006, Deirdre preached her initial sermon and was licensed by Agape Heritage Church International to preach the Gospel. Since then, she has been invited to preach and teach at various churches, women's seminars, and conferences. She has received several awards, including the Lady of Impact Award in 2011, for her diligence and community work.
On September 22, 2018, Minister Dee was ordained by Agape Impact Ministries. Deirdre is passionate about helping individuals develop their God-given gifts, understand the Word of God, and live a DEBT-FREE LIFE!
In January 2021, RevDee organized Deirdre Hill Ministries and, after 12 years, launched Beloved Ministries on February 1, 2021, with Tell Me Something Good on Facebook Live! During the same month, Tell Me Something Good Ladies Night was inaugurated, with women from around the globe coming together for a night of God’s Word and much laughter. Beloved Ministries continues its dedication to helping develop and empower people to fulfill their Godly life’s purpose. Workshops, Bible Studies, Prayer (ASK in FAITH), Outreach, and more outlets assist in meeting the vision.
Deirdre is a graduate of the New York School of the Bible and has earned a BA in Management from Lehman College, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nyack College, a Master of Divinity Degree (MDiv) from Alliance Theological Seminary, and is a Certified Youth Chaplain with the National Association of Youth Chaplains. She is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Ministry at Regent University.
Deirdre resides in the Bronx and dearly loves her family, especially her favorite nephew, nieces, and Godchildren. She's also the sponsor of a child named Hosea through World Vision.
